Self-compassion is simply giving the same kindness to ourselves that we would give to others.

One step at a time, Michelle makes herself available to help foster hope on your journey. Her goal is to create a respectful and enriching environment that can help you or your family increase insight, improve communication, or identify positive coping to meet life's challenges--ultimately bringing about the power to evolve or heal from life's trials. Michelle's belief is that each of us deserves to have a non-judgmental space to grow and reflect.
